Great customer service and they insured my Rig!! Who does that? Thank goodness they do. I protected my investment, and it paid off. I was headed over to my friends for the weekend and my rig broke. I called them, sent a couple pics and a few days later my replacement Rig showed up!! Great job Glass Whale 5 STARS
